Chepkorio is a small town located in Elgeyo Marakwet County, in the Rift Valley region of Kenya. It lies along the scenic escarpments of the Rift Valley and is known for its proximity to Iten, a town famous for producing world-class long-distance runners. The area is characterized by its high altitude, making it a popular training ground for athletes due to the favorable conditions for endurance training.
